Aim and scope

Proteomics deals with all aspects of translational proteomics, application of proteomic technology to all aspects of clinical research and molecular medicine. Protein is a component of every cell in the body that are essential to build and repair tissue. Proteins are required to make enzymes, hormones, and other body chemicals and are an important building block of bones, muscles, cartilage, skin, and blood. The aim of the journal is to explore the advanced and latest research developments in the field of proteomics and bioinformatics in animal, plant and microbial world. Both Proteins and Enzymes play an essential role for healthy functioning of the body. Advancements in the field of Proteomics and Bioinformatics play a major role in building a safe and healthy society.

ECPB accepts articles on all the topics related to Proteomics and Bioinformatics such as Microarray Proteomics, Proteomic Analysis, Cancer Proteomics, Protein Sequence Analysis, Proteomics Clinical Applications, Mass Spectrometry in Proteomics, Proteomic Biomarkers, Clinical Proteomics, Quantitative Proteomics, Proteins and Enzymes, Amino acids to Proteins, Applied and Fundamental Studies of Enzymes used for Biocatalysis, Industrial Applications of Enzymatic Processes, e.g. In Fine Chemical Synthesis, Chemo-, Regio- and Enantioselective Transformations, Screening for Biocatalysts, Integration of Biocatalytic and Chemical Steps in Organic Syntheses, Novel Biocatalysts, e.g. Enzymes from Extremophiles and Catalytic Antibodies, Enzyme Immobilization and Stabilization, particularly in Non-Conventional Media, Bioprocess Engineering aspects, e.g. Membrane Bioreactors, Improvement of Catalytic Performance of Enzymes, e.g. By Protein Engineering or Chemical Modification, Genomics and Bioinformatics, Nucleic Acids, Physiology and Biochemistry, Biochemical and Bioprocess Engineering, Food Chemistry, Food Engineering and Physical Properties of Food, Food Microbiology, Sensory and Nutritive Quality of Food, Molecular Engineering of Nucleic Acids and Proteins, Molecular Therapy (Therapeutics Genes, Antisense, siRNAs, Aptamers, DNAzymes, Ribozymes, Peptides, Proteins), Large-Scale Biology (Genomics, Functional Genomics, Proteomics, Structural Genomics, Metabolomics, etc.), Computational Biology (Algorithms And Modeling), Regenerative Medicine (Stem Cells, Tissue Engineering, Biomaterials), Imaging Technology, Analytical Biotechnology (Sensors/Detectors for Analytes/Macromolecules), Applied Immunology (Antibody Engineering, Xenotransplantation, T-Cell Therapies), Food and Agricultural Biotechnology and Environmental Biotechnology, Computation Protein Design, Enzyme Catalyst, Bioprocess, Enzyme Engineering, Metabolic Pathway Engineering, Insilico Design of Enzymes, Enzyme Kinetics, Protein Ligand Binding, Enzyme Inhibition, Covalent Binding, Enzyme Expression, Enzyme Immobilisation, Enzyme Purification, Cross Linking, Ionic Bonding, Protein Nucleotide, Protein Peptide Interations, Protein-Protein Complexes, Protein Interaction, etc.
