Thank you for publishing your article on ECronicon Open Access. We hope you are satisfied with your recent publication. However, if you are not completely satisfied with the publication for any reason, you may withdraw your article from our site for a full/partial refund in the given period.


Eligibility

To be eligible for publication withdrawal, the following conditions must be met:

1. Technical issues on our website causing duplicate payments.

2. Unintentional multiple submissions of the same article.



Non Eligibility

The following scenarios are not eligible for full/partial refund :

1. There are no refunds if the author withdraws the paper from consideration; or if declines to revise and resubmit.

2. There are no refunds, once the paper is published.

3. There are no refunds if the paper is removed due to Copyright Infringement Claims.

Refund Processing

Once your publication withdrawal request has been raised and we have received your request, we will process your refund within 25 business working days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for paying the publication fee.
