The article presents the data of a prospective analysis of 106 pregnant women, in whom childbirth was complicated by chorioamnionitis and prenatal rupture of membranes (PROM), delivered in maternity complex of the Bukhara for the period 2018 - 2020. The results indicate a significant role of chorioamnionitis and PROM in the development of obstetric and perinatal complications, especially in women with a burdened somatic and gynecological history.
