Odontogenic neoplasms or odontogenic tumors are unique in the oral cavity and do not occur anywhere else in the body. The ameloblastic fibro-odontoma (AFO) is a benign odontogenic mixed tumor of rare appearance.

In this article, we will present the clinical situation of a male patient of 12 years of age who attends the Dental Service of H.I.G.A. Pte. Perón presenting an ameloblastic fibro-odontoma (AFO) in the retromolar trigone area, its surgical removal and its remote control./p>
