Chondrofibroma is a benign entity. Chondrofibroma is a rare bone tumor of slow growing nature arising from chondroblastic derivation. Chondrofibromas related to oral cavity have been reported to occur in extra osseous and intra osseous locations. Extra osseous lesions are found on lateral tongue, in soft tissue of cheek.
