Bioethical Models in University Governance in Latin America: An Analysis in the Context of the Mega Journal of Case Reports

This paper examines the integration of bioethical principles into university governance structures in Latin America, particularly in the context of emerging technologies, creativity, and communication in the 21st century. Drawing from recent symposiums and bioethics training initiatives, the study analyzes how ethical frameworks influence decision-making processes in academic institutions. Through qualitative interviews with key informants and an analysis of governance models, the paper highlights the challenges and advancements in aligning university policies with ethical standards.
