Aim and scope

EC Diabetes and Metabolic Research (ECDMR) is an internationally peer reviewed journal that desires to publish articles on all aspects of Diabetes and Metabolism, diagnosis, management and prevention of Diabetic and Metabolic disorders. The journal aims to publish clinical and experimental work on all the topics related to Diabetes and Metabolism. The main motto of ECDMR is to bring latest developments and current research in Diabetes and Metabolism into light by publishing quality and original articles. We deal with all aspects of Diabetic and Metabolic disorders and therapeutic interventions.

Metabolism refers to the chemical reactions that take place inside the cells of living organisms which are essential for life. The metabolism of people with diabetes is almost identical to the metabolism of people without diabetes. The only difference is the volume and/or effectiveness of the insulin produced by the body. Research on Diabetes and Metabolism is very essential as Diabetes has become one of the huge problems that are being faced. Today, both clinical and basic research on Diabetes and Metabolism has become most essential. Scientific research is also taking place to look for causes and possible treatment in Diabetic and Metabolic disorders. Advancements in the field of Diabetes and Metabolic Research play a major role in building a safe and healthy society.
