Erosive adenomatosis of the nipple (EAN) is a rare benign condition, with clinical features that can be erroneously taken for Paget’s disease or invasive carcinoma. It has a wide spectrum of histopathologic patterns; microscopic analysis requires great deal of attention in order to establish correct diagnosis and avoid debilitating procedures. We report the case of a 71-year-old patient presented with unilateral nipple adenoma treated in our department with overview of the clinical and therapeutic aspects of this rare breast disease.
