Infertility affects 10 - 15% of couples globally, with immune dysregulation emerging as a significant contributor. This article explores the complex relationship between the immune system and infertility, addressing both female and male factors, diagnostic approaches, and therapeutic interventions. Understanding immunological mechanisms offers potential pathways for innovative treatments, though controversies and research gaps persist.
