Syringocystadenoma Papilliferum of the Breast: A Diagnostic Challenge

Syringocystadenoma papilliferum (SCAP) is a rare benign adnexal skin tumor, exhibiting histological features characteristic of both apocrine and eccrine origins. Despite its distinctive pathology, clinical manifestations vary and can be non-specific, posing a diagnostic challenge.
