Menstrual health is an essential component of women’s health that remains poorly understood and stigmatized, especially in rural areas. This article highlights the challenges faced by women regarding menstrual health awareness and proposes effective strategies for education and empowerment in these communities. By addressing the stigma and barriers to menstrual hygiene management, we can improve health outcomes and enhance the quality of life for women and girls.
