What do you need today Maaike?

It is the fifth day of the maternity period and how I want to bend over towards Maaike and her husband Rob. Let them feel how involved I am and how much I want to support them. Maaike quietly blows her nose while Rob lovingly puts his arm around her. She looks at me while her eyes fill with tears again. We are in the bedroom. Maaike and Rob are sitting together on the bed, their backs supported by a mountain of pillows. Vera is lying next to them in her bed, sleeping wonderfully relaxed. I see that Maaike is thinking about my question.
