The relevance of the search for new therapeutic approaches to stabilizing atherosclerotic plaques is due to the particular importance of this disease for human life. The main problems for clinicians remain not only the prevention of the formation of intravascular infiltrations of cholesterol in the intima of blood vessels (since this is a biological process), but the prevention of the transition of formed plaques to an unstable state. According to immunomorphological studies, the formed plaque undergoes constant cellular and humoral dynamics under the influence of active intracellular efferocytosis [1].
