Optochiasmatic Arachnoiditis Tuberculous: A Rare Case Report

Optochiasmatic arachnoiditis is one of the complications occurring secondary to tuberculous meningitis. We report the case of a 13 years old child who presented with severe frontal headaches, fever, blurred vision, ptosis, and bilateral nystagmus whom clinical and radiological findings were consistent with the tuberculous opto-chiasmatic arachnoiditis.
