Obesity has become an endemic disorder worldwide in the last three decades and with its rise we noticed the rise of the associated comorbidities like insulin resistance, diabetes mellitus, dyslipidemia, non-alcoholic fatty liver disease, polycystic ovaries and others.

With the new medications for obesity, represented by GLP1 receptor agonists, we observed substantial effect on weight loss with more prominent effect of the new medications, semaglutide and tirzepatide.

In my case report I present 3 patients with obesity, with or without complication.

They were put on tirzepatide with regular follow up, looking for the improvement in 3 months on weight status and all metabolic parameters, at the same time if adverse effects were tolerated or not.
