Breast hamartomas are benign lesions of the breast. They are made of glandular, adipose and fibrous tissue. It is a rare lesion and usually found in women. We report a case of breast hamartoma found in a man. The patient was 50 years old and had a history of treated cavum cancer. He presented with a painless mass in the left breast that had been evolving for 2 years. A mammogram was done and returned normal. Ultrasound showed a left breast mass with a double glandular-fatty component suggesting a hamartoma. The diagnosis was confirmed after the anatomopathological study which came back in favor of a hamartomatous type lesion.
